Are you ready to enhance your journey to a healthier lifestyle?

Experience 8 days of transformation as you live the change you want in your life! One of the best ways to cultivate a rich, vibrant life is to rejuvenate yourself in a fresh, relaxing environment, away from the distractions of the daily grind. Yelapa, our choice destination, is a remote and charming, back-to-nature fishing village with no cars, no roads, and an easy-going attitude that attracts a mix of artists, musicians, retirees, yogis and backpackers who are drawn to a more simple and healthy life.

Your all-inclusive transformative vacation getaway includes:

  • Picturesque beachfront accommodations in Yelapa
  • Full immersion in preparing (and eating!) deliciously nourishing plant-based meals and snacks
  • Daily mindful walks, all-level yoga and/or meditation
  • Local excursions to area beaches, waterfalls and botanical gardens
  • Evening group discussions about how to live a vibrant and sustainable lifestyle
  • Experiencing the authentic richness of the local environment, people, art and culture
  • Daily yoga and/or Pilates classes
  • Several day trips to experience all that Yelapa and the surrounding areas have to offer including a boat ride to the Marietta Islands – an uninhabited wildlife refuge and home of the blue-footed boobie birds, and a hike to swim in an isolated jungle waterfall, and more
  • Relaxation on the beach or in a hammock on the veranda of your casita
  • An evening (or more) of dancing and dining out
  • One night (March 7, 2015) double occupancy lodging in Hotel Yasmin in Puerto Vallarta
  • Water taxi to and from Puerto Vallarta

About Yelapa:

Yelapa is a charming remote fishing village nestled in the southernmost cove of the world’s 7th largest bay, Banderas Bay. About 20 miles south of Puerto Vallarta, Yelapa is easily accessible by water taxi. When you arrive at the dock in Yelapa, you enter the magical atmosphere that draws day visitors to spontaneously extend their stay for days and then return for weeks year after year. It’s no wonder Yelapa was recently named the “Numero Uno place to go before you die” by Sunset magazine. Yelapa has long been a favorite destination for artists, musicians, hippies, backpackers and other counter-culture folks who were drawn by the “back to nature” simplicity of no electricity, no cars, no roads, and an easy going attitude. Now Yelapa has electricity (most of the time) yet still retains the charm of an indigenous Mexican culture mixed with a year-round “ex-pat” community, and surrounded by a natural environment with bio-diversity second only to that of the Amazon Rainforest.

Participants will be housed in casitas built into the mountain along the beach. (Garcias Rentals – http://www.garciarentals.com/) Every casita has a beautiful view of the cove, and is only steps away from the beach. The casitas also have a full kitchen, living space and either one or two bedrooms, with and additional bed and hammock in the open air living room.

Classes will be held up the mountain in the magnificent Casa Arriba (http://www.casarriba.com/), with breathtaking views of the entire cove, and surrounded by exquisite tropical flora and fauna.
